Ovation Office 3
Ovation Office 3 is an area on the development sandwiched between the breathtaking Ohio riverfront and Hotel 2. The structural capacity of this area allows for a building with up to 22 floors, 670,000 square feet with floor plates of 30,450 square feet. The usage vision includes a Class A office building or hotel with event space.
